Elo

Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-10-20.

The service

Elo provides a shared memory for people and AI agents, accessible through the Elo plugin for ChatGPT and Codex and through compatible MCP clients. Access requires a participant token issued by the owner of an Elo installation. The service is provided free of charge, as is, without warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you write into the memory. You are responsible for it: do not store content you have no right to share, credentials, health records or personal data of people who are not participants. The installation owner may remove content that breaks these rules.

Acceptable use

Do not try to read or write outside the areas your participant is allowed, to use another participant's token, or to disrupt the service. Doing so results in the token being revoked.

Termination

You can stop using Elo at any time by disconnecting the plugin. The owner can revoke a participant token at any time. The privacy policy explains what happens to your content.

Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for loss of data or for decisions made by AI agents based on memory content. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
